![]() ![]() I don't have i-drive - it's the professional head unit with speaker upgrade. Pin 10 seems to work as the telephone mute.ĭoes this now mean I have to chop into the wire for pin 9? I thought this was suppoed to plug and play? I don't want to mess anything up.!Īlso when I did get it going before I tried the multican and sticking the ignition 12v wire into a permenant feed, the sound quality of the woman talking form the parrot unit was really muffled and hissy - is this normal for a parrot? I assumed these would be for the multican high/low wires, but multican requires pins 9 and 11. ![]() One is on pin 10 and the other on pin 11. There are two cables with detatchable connectors in-line coming out of the harness plug that plugs into the head unit. I have a spare plug coming from the parrot with the mute cables etc on it and nowhere to plug it.ģ. The system does power on when I stick the red wire directly into a permanantly live 12v though.Ģ. Assuming the spare red wire (coming out of one of the harness plugs) is for a switched 12v, I'm assuming I will have to somehow get this to one of the ciggi lighters.? Pin 15 is supposed to be a switched 12v but I get nothing when I poke the spare red wire into it. It certainly ISN'T as easy as plug and play! Here I my problems with the ck3000:ġ. ![]() I tried installing the parrot by itself before the multican to make sure all that works ok. I got the Parrot ck3000 evolution, the sot-976 harness and multican for the e90. ![]()
